does this include the motor with the transmission?

For your information, the power seat tracks are different from '86 to '87. If you have a track with a plastic transmission, then it's an '86. The '87's did not have a transmission...instead, they used three separate motors to move the seat. However, the transmission itself can be replaced and is available from Brian at GBodyParts.com Online.
