Unhappy W.T.B. a transmission throttle cable/ kick down cable

well, i'm looking for a transmission cable-throttle cable, know as a kick down cable, i purchased a throttle cable instead ,

TCI makes a universal replacement cable. I have one in my car. The older styles don't adjust like stock, the newer ones do (with the tab and the ratcheting out). Summit has a pic here:

Despite the picture depicting the old style, I was assured by a TCI rep that the new 376800 cables are the OEM-style with the adjustment tab.
