B&M Quick Silver Shifter 4 reverse manual TH400

It looks just like this (minus shifter handle, comes with round one). $180 shipped or swap for same one for 200R4 tranny

that shifter works for either 200-4r or the 400 , only change is a pin thats inserted across the shifter body to have only 3 gear spots when the handle drops into the drive gears spot , remove the pin (c-clipped on ends) and you now have 4 gear spots it drops into D , you have 2 gears pulling back and one forward to OD
and the shift lever at the trans has two holes , one labeled C for 3 speeds and the other F four four speeds just put the shift cable into the appropriate hole

oh and you dont need the funky plate in the pic , i have mine installed under the stock coverplate no cutting of console or cover but i did have to remove the front shifter mounting pad from the floor (drill out a couple spot welds )
