 I have several sets of 4x10 to 6x9 speaker adapters for sale. They are brand new in the manufacturer's sealed package. No cutting, drilling or modifying of anything. Very simple and quick installation. Everything necessary for installation is included in kit (including instructions). Price is $21 plus shipping.

new speaker adapter kits
Still have several kits available. They will allow you to use the more popular 6x9 speakers in the rear deck without modifying any stock equipment. A very nice and inexpensive audio upgrade.
