Ok so who's all going!? Some really nice turbo Buicks always come out for this one. Always a good time! Anyone want to Caravan up we can meet at that restaurant just off the NJ turnpike exit. Chime in!

September 1st and 2nd is Buick Performance Weekend at Old Bridge Twp. Raceway Park, 3 miles north of Englishtown, NJ. This event is organized by the Northeast GS/GN Club and has been for the past decade and a half! There will be a car show on Saturday as well as (muffled) drag racing comprised of a Buick/Olds/Pontiac Showdown. Racing continues on Sunday with three bracket classes: Bracket 1 will be 12.49 and quicker, Bracket 2 will be 12.50 and slower, Quick 16 will be the quickest sixteen Buicks on the property! Our event sponsors have contributed $4000 toward our race program payouts, which will be paid in ca$h. The payout breakdown for Sunday's race classes is as follows:

I will be there on Saturday at the car show looking to purchase a GN. I am looking for one that is all stock, excellent shape, but not looking to break the bank.

I am pretty sure I will be going on Sunday.I am having issues getting my car tuned, I just installed a 3.5" ls1 maf and a Gen II translator and something is not right. The thing is pig rich and runs awfull. Maybe I will just go back to stock tonight. Hopefully it's ready and I can try for my 11 second slip.
