got a friend with a 2004r that needs rebuilding. any good shops around here?

Transmissions to Go in Arnold.....
They are fantastic folks. I've used them many times in the past. Not on 2004R's in particular but they did build an awesome AOD for my previous project: an '88 Mustang LX 5.0. They build a LOT of great trannies for the local bracket racers and street racers.
They're located near the intersection of Hwy. 55 and Richardson Road on the West Outer Service Road. Be sure to mention CASH SALE when and if you call. They will cut you a fantastic deal if you pay with cash. Yes, they DO stand behind their work, so long as the person is truthful with their intentions. Example: If someone puts a stock rebuild with a shift kit behind a 500 hp Stage 1, I imagine the warranty will be void. Seriously, Greg and Jeff are fantastic guys and will not steer you wrong.
