Hey Tim, nice story. Cops are definitely people to, and some of us love Grand Nationals as much as anybody. I probably won't have too many kills once I get my GN running right because it would be kind of hypocritical of me to write kids tickets for exhibition of speed and then engage in the activity myself. I'm sure there will be times when I'm tempted, but it probably won't happen. There is also a big difference between messing around as you described and having an all out drag race in a residential neighborhood. Sounds like you have a nice car and I think the officer gave you some good advice. It sounds like you figured out what you need to do without a ticket which is the way I like to do it when I can.
