Beware!
I just stumbled across a slick way for someone to get your ebay name and password. Take a look here...
eBay Motors: Mercury : Montego (item 120089167577 end time Feb-26-07 14:10:41 PST) If you go down to the question and answer section, you will notice that a Robert Wall has asked a question and left a URL to go to. It starts with "hxxp://....". A savey internet person would change it to "http://..." and see what he's talking about. So if you do that, you get an ebay login page, but it's bogus! You have just given your name and password to scammer! Beware! |
