Probably the rare and often talked about GNX V8 Twin Turbo. Or maybe a Russian tractor. They sure are small exhaust ports anyway. I am curious also.

Looks like he made them himself with a set of factory truck headers,Then he cut a stock GN header up and welded it on the front of hte pass side header,
Darn good idea if the turbo will fit in front of a v8
