Need help putting 3.8 turbo into S-10 Extreme

Hi Guys,
This winters project is to stuff an 87' GN 3.8 into an Extended cab S-10 Extreme. Has anyone done this? If so what all parts of the GN wireharness do we need to maintain? I know we need the ECM, what else? Any help would be great. Right now we are cutting a 9 inch rear so we can get a pair of 28x12x15 Sticky Mickeys on the back. I am settin it up with 3.55:1 Traction lock and WAR case. We will run the 200r4 tranny. It is going to be mostly stock engine with only the minor mods, K&N, adj reg, downpipe and 93 TT chip. I do not think a 2900 pound truck needs much more than 15-17 pounds of boost to really fly.

Thanks for listening.
