Turbo Camino

And so the journey begins with but a single step.

I am at the first stage of gathering information for building a Buick turbo powered El Camino. I want to stay fairly stock on the power and get the highest mpg as this to be a daily cruiser. Any and all advice and guidance to accomplish this will be greatly appreciated.

Just did an 81 with an 84 drivetrain. I swapped the dash and all wiring harness to simplify things. On your 86 everything should bolt in. On my 81 I had to create a driver side mount for the transmission cross-member but other than that it was a bolt-in conversion.
