WTB, Complete Turbo Parts Car, '86 or '87, Pacific NW

I'm looking to convert my '83 Regal wagon to a turbo car. I already own a GN so I have a few extra parts...a stock turbo and IC. Need everything else. Obviously would like to keep the price within reason so looking for something near Portland to avoid shipping. OK if motor and trans need work but I don't want to go scrounging for little pieces everywhere. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yeah, looks like we're on opposites sides of the world. The closest I'll ever be to you is Bowling Green in May. I'm flying in just to spectate.
