Intercooler Kit for Hotair (custom)

Hey guys, I bought an intercooler setup for my 85, but Im going to switch over to an 87 complete engine. Anyway this kit includes

Custom Intake, that has been ported, cut open, and welded to accept an intercooler from the front. the rear entry for the turbo has been welded shut and the front has a 2.5 in pipe for the intercooler and shaped perfectly. This has had a lot of work done to it and was bought from a guy named Bob Mustic that ran a 11.50s with this setup. this design will cut your piping length down dramatically (especially when compared to spearco for less lag (almost V2 accept for stock location TB).

All Piping from turbo to intercooler and intercooler to intake with alcohol hole.

Stock 87 intercooler freshly flushed with custom made brackets to mount to the frame and the stock IC shroud.

61 mm throttle body bored by Lee Thompson and in great condition.

Take it all for 600.00+shipping

I may try to get some pics up if I see interest in it.

I do not have pictures of the setup installed, but it came off of Mr. Mustic's car, and he had sent me pics when I had bought it. Once the intake is on, it is fairly simple to see where everything goes. It is a clean setup and supposidly was a night and day difference, due to the intake being redesigned both inside and out like an 87 model.
I will see if I can get some pics up here shortly, the pipes were homemade by Bob himself and look decent but are not show pieces (still look good though).

I suppose Im up to trades for good 87 parts as well

Headers (aftermarket)

3000 stall converter

stretch intercooler (stock location or front mount)

3in downpipe (integral wastegate)

GNX wheels, fender flares, or louvers

Even or partial trade for parts, Im reasonable

Thanks

Im trying to get a hold of a digital camera to take pictures

It is not a turbomotion kit, but it is a similar design, except for the throttle body is in the stock location. Mr. Mustic said he ran a 11.50s with this kit no problem.

I would be interested in a trade, are the 4 GTA wheels front sets and are the centers black??

Turbomotion's 1st release of the V2 had the T/B in the stock location. They had some probelms with driveability and lag - so the decided to relocate the T/B after the turbo. I believe Jay made 2 or 3 of these kits before moving the T/B.

Yea Ive heard that too. But Mr. Mustic said he did not have any of those problems???, I havent tried out the kit myself, Im switching to a 87 setup.

The 61 mm throttle body and shortend piping should help out a lot though with that problem.
