friend looking for a TR

I have a buddy who is interested in picking up a TR. He's mainly interested in a good body/interior. I believe he wants to do his own thing under the hood, so a rolling chassis would be fine. Price range: probably about $3,000 or more depending on the condition of the vehicle.
