why is there oil coming out ?????

There is oil coming out around the the vacuum block on the top of the dog house, WHY, there is also lots of oil inside the block, bad pvc valve ?, does anyone make a better pvc valve ?

Be sure to use a GM AC Delco PCV. I *think* it's a CV893C IIRC.
