Should heads be O-ringed?

The guy rebuilding my engine says I should have my heads o-ringed to keep the gaskets from sliding around under big boost. Since my car will see less than 18 psi at all times, should I have this done? I can see if I was running more than 25 psi several times a month, but I won't be. BTW, my chip has around 30 degrees of timing in it.

i run 20 psi daily on the street and have ran up to 25 with out any problems and im still on my stock head gaskets that came with the car in 87. i dont see no reasion to get them o-ringed, infact i beleve there was a thread awhile back on here about problems related to o-ringing the heads.
