I believe the trim level plate on the firewall area has the 3 digit numbers with the interior codes.

Then you get the options book and translate them.

Not sure if a chart with this info. is out there.

What color parts do you have?

I believe the Facts & Figures book #1 from Poston's has all of that info in it.

Trim Options

There is a section in the parts catalog- at the front of Section 14.0, that gives the option codes. It also gives the names of the colors, like Dk. Claret, or Med Sage. Mine is Lt. Saddle/Med. Saddle/Dk. Saddle. The gray is also a mixture of Lt/Med/Dk, while the blue, green, and reddish are all one shade. The Saddle combo is coded 62. There is a "B" on the end (62B) to designate cloth and vinyl. If it were leather, it would be 622. All vinyl would be 62N. (That was only used on Lesabre wagons, I think) There's more stuff, too, to designate trim level, (std- S, custom- M, deluxe- D, and Luxury- L)
Hope that helps!

I have a burgundy dash pad but it looks dark to me.I was thinking it was just the incandescent lights compared to daylight that caused this but I wanted to make sure there was only one burgundy like color.Ormand,is that the Poston catalog your talking about?

EDIT:I found the info here http://tech.oldsgmail.com/ nice site, reminds me of gnttype.org but for olds.Gonna post a link in the lounge.
