Unhappy Need an axle, maybe two

Just found out I need an axle for my 79' El Camino, problem is nobody here can get a new one. I'm afraid one from the junkyard won't be any better than the worn one I have now. Any ideas where to find a good piece at a fair price?

Is it the 8.5 GN rear end you have in it?
I have a pair of axles that I just pulled out of my GN, 30,000 miles on them to put in a set of Mosers, I will take $100.00 U.S for them.

Thanks OneqwikGN but I don't have the good diff. I should've made note of which rear I have but I didn't think about it. Wish I did have the GN rear because that is a good deal. Does anybody know if they will work? Just a thought...........

Thanks Jason but what I really need is a parts store (NAPA, O'Reilly) that I can get new ones cheap and close. This is my daily driver and I want to fix it as cheap as possible. I was trying to get the $ together to get an SMC and now this really screws me. Not much spare $ now that the wife is off work ready to give birth any day now. I wanted to sell the El Cam and buy a Roadmaster wagon but I think the El Cam wants to stick around. Kinda like "Christine" LOL. I will hit the yard tomorrow and see what I can find. Thanks for the help. BTW, is that 69 SS a bigblock car, auto or 4spd and is that $300 for the rear or the car.
