Jack Cotton
One Hellva nice Guy!!
I was back east last week and while traveling between Boston and DC wanted to stop by Cotton's and pick up a few things since I was within 30 miles. I know it has been said before, but I want to say what a pleasure it was. Jack did not know me as anyone but a member of the TB community and previous customer via web. Not only did he invite me to hang out at the shop, he even offered me a place to sleep if I did not want to continue my drive that day. This guy is the real deal! No huge commerical outfit that does not give a sh*t about the products or people they sell to. Jack is an honest, genuine , and very knowlegeable tb guy. Of course I left there with more than I intended to buy- but I had one heck of a good time! I recommend purchasing from Cottons whenever possible. IMHO! Gary

So far my dealings have been limited with Jack, but he and his son have been great to deal with. I was really hoping to see him run his car while he was down, but a little problem at the track with a Pro 5.0 kinda put the brakes on that.

I have to also say Jack is very helpful, honest, friendly customer service. I had the pleasure of meeting him in San Antonio, Texas a couple of years when he came down to work on my friend's Buick. I have done most of my business with Cotton's Performance.

I live about a hour and a half from Jack and visited him a least ten times and he is definitly a straight up guy (no B S).I recommend him to anyone I know.

Jack's the man!
The only guy that I trust to deal with. He gives an honest, tried and tested oppinion on items. He is one good guy, keep up the good work! Now if only the rest would follow the example set... Long live the pumpkin!

Pumpkin Power!
When you're yakkin' with Jack, you know you have entered a no-BS zone...and you're finally dealing with a guy that does value his honesty/integrity more than just selling goods & services.
Plus, he answers the phone. He answers his e-mail. He has a website, with product/service/pricing pages, and a topical messageboard/forum. Jack doesn't make false promises...and doesn't say "I'll get back to you later" (and then never does, or calls months later). Jack understands that life is too short for one minute of crappy service. He puts his customers first, and it's no "act"...that's Jack! ========================================== How seemingly rare and refreshing! I'll be spending 2-3K with Jack in July, & again in the Fall, & driving 28 hrs roundtrip to see him at the shop. ========================================== The business we send Jack can disprove the old saying about "Nice guys finish last"!

Great guy saw him at Atco today, not much of a turn out for GN'S but it was so hot. Jack,s car ran awaesome and he is a stand uo Guy. Put everyone in his trailer out of the sun and gave us funnel cake. A real stand up guy. And his car is bad ass.
