RJC 3 inch single exhaust w/dual tail pipes

Check out this single 3" that mounts the muffler in the stock location and has dual tailpipes coming out of it. It is made of 304 stainless by RJC Racing. It sounds great! Almost like a deep V-8 sound to it and very little drone.

Looks cool! I tried to look on their online catalog, but was unable to locate their exhaust kits. Where can I look to find more info and pricing?

I think this was Jasons first production unit and he will be ordering more. He installed it on my car to make sure it fit right, before producing more. Check with RJC to be sure.

This is a cross flow system is not exactly the same but was inspired by the old ATR system that has not been available for about 5 years now. The fit, looks and sound of this system are awesome. It has very very little drone yet still lets people know that you have something under the hood. It has a good deep tone without the raspyness or drone of the single 3"ers.

There is a local company that makes exhaust that is pretty slow right now and needed some work. They are going to produce them for us one or two at a time so supplies are limited. We make them out of genuine 304 Stainless not the cheap 416 stainless. We are working on a few other pieces right now with them.

they will be available for sale as soon as i get all of the local guys taken care of.

One of the new systems we will soon be making is a single shot 4"er. it is so sweeeet.

here are some pictures of a few prototypes we made.

I have the ATR Crossflow and love it and sure this system will do just fine.
Make sure and tack the joints of the system in place for extra hold as he clamps tend to back off and things drop/settle over time and itll hit the rear end cover.

In the diesel world they have 4-5 even 6" exhaust now. do they need it? debatable but they sure look and sound Bad A$$.

I never understood why we always have to try and get by with the minimum it takes to get the job done. It is thoughts like this that is holding us back from unique innovation. Sometimes a little too much is just right. If the system fits right and sounds awesome why would anyone be against that?

on the price of the 3" system. i am working on the details. I want to price it as low as possible but when i have to have distributor mark up for my distributors it drives the price up beyond where i want to sell it for. i might have to just cut their percentage and allow the Buick enthusiast to get the better deal.

if you want a 3" dual. Cotton has one, I don't think it is stainless but is very nice.

Jason,

Will the single 4" mate to the stock 4 bolt oval flange? When do you think the 3" will be available to the general public? How about the 4"? I need to do something about my exhaust in the next month or two...

Im interested in some info on the 3" exhaust system. Exactly what I wanted, a 3" system, but still has two tailpipes. Just want to make sure theres no major restriction to run a good amount of boost through the exhaust.

4" single would be awesome, I've been wanting to go single on my car but nobody makes anything that won't bottleneck down from my 3.5" DP. Make some aluminized kits to go along with today's economy. PLEASE.

Here is a picture of the 3 inch exhaust not on the car. This is the prototype taken off a car which is why it is dirty.

Anyone else wanna vote for a single shot in alumized steel? I can't afford to hang stainless steel under my car when money is tight. Maybe if enough people ask.

Heck, they all look great... Much better looks, and I am sure better sounds and performance than what I threw together last month! X2 on the aluminized. Military pay and 3 kids don't leave much for stainless goodies.

hey Jason its Good to see you working on things again and being innovative, but we all know that it wont be long enough before someone in the West coast not going to mention any names gets his hands on one of your new exhaust systems., makes an exact copy of it, of course.., (CHINA MADE) and sells it for half the price, worst part is., he distributes to Vendors from the board to sell his crap and they go along with it I guess as long as they all make $$$ down the line they dont give a SH** who's Di** they step on , good luck Jason, I will always buy from you No matter what this other douchebags do. Lets all support our vendors that work hard in making new things that work in our cars..

Sorry for the rant but i heard something real recent that really ticked me off and i had to Vent..

The problem with the alluminum kits is that with so many cars now running on alky and methanol, the alluminum will not stand to those type of chemicals for very long..
