iac

is the iac suppose to be fluctuating in park when fully warmed up? mine goes from 15,17,25,27,19,15,17,21 ect. and my idle is for crap. i have been fighting this idle problem for years after rebuild. my o2's fluctuate bad as well from 200's to 700's at idle and the cc's count up slow to 255 then repeat but i have erics chip and it should lock in at idle around 780 to 800's. mine only does it when i put it in park.

make sure car is warmed up, then adjust the screw to get 20 /25 IAC. it may fluctuate a little at first, but should settle. then re-adjust your tps between 4.2 / 4. 6.

tried that it just fluctuates. what do you think about the o2's in park that they dont stay locked on with erics chip

I think Eric's chip only goes into open loop idle when you are in gear. I'm pretty sure mine does the same thing. I would ask Eric just to verify.

you may want to change iac with a new 1. 02's at idle will vary, jump up/down. don't matter who's chip you use. they only become stable at wot. that's why we shoot for 750/800 02s, at wot.
