Abaco DBX maf
Anyone saw these? Has all the GM calibrations in from GN to '08 'Vette by turning a switch. It can be custom calibrated through the usb flash port with free software downloads from Abaco. Available in spring '08....
I saw this in GM High-Tech Perf.

I made this same post some time ago.. Got a couple smartazz comments about who needs a MAF, anyway??
We may try 1 for a magazine article, but it'll be on a Vette. |

Somebody's probably going to have to bite the bullet and try one of a T/R to see if they work at all.
I couldn't justify the price even if I needed one. Nearly $400 for the maf, plus you'd have to fabricate your own wiring harness since there seems to be nothing for the T/R's Hardly seems worth while monitarilly speaking.

$329 for Translator and new Impalla SS maf, If the Abaco does work there is no need for the extra box under the hood.......just thinking.......

And requires a download of a questionable calibration.. look at the remans and their issues.. and they come calibrated. And the proven one if it where to go bad, doesnt hit the pocket book with another 400. If the Abaco was 50.00 then we're talking ![]()
