How much is a brand new GM crankshaft worth $$

Like the title says about how much is it worth Brand New?? Price range?

I paid $500. at The GM dealer in 1997.
I really dont think they are going to be much beyond that being there are a good number of good stock and new aftermarket ones around. Might be a good piece to hold onto.
The nice thing about them they are "Usually" a drop in unit ready to go, unless its bent or damaged in some way(all cranks have to be checked).

Ok thanks for the reply but I heard the forged cranks aren't available
anymore so I figured I'd have to use this one.

Oh say it ain't so on the forged ones, who makes the TA Performance for $800 then?

I thought I heard Cat stopped the forged ones which means Eagle is done too but what the hell happened?

I'd think Scat might want in even though it'll probably cost $800 like TA wants ( could be a Scat? ).
