"After black" ?? 03 Lesabre battery
03 Lesabre. Owner changed the battery. Now, no dash lites, radio, nor fuel gauge.
 He's about to dump this on my doorstep. NE current GM techs have the answer, or where to start looking??

Sounds liek a fuse or link.
Maybe he sorted pos to gnd upon removal and popped something

Fried a BCM or other processor? Maybe a reflash of said Module assuming that is possible?

Popped the main fuse under the hood. It is in a black box with the other fuses. It will be a big 80-100-120 amp fuse. Easy to fix and can pick up a replacement part at any parts store. I work at O'reily' Auto Parts and customers do it in the parking lot all the time. If that fuse isn't blown however he probably fried the BCM/ECM just check all fuses before replacing one of those. More than likely it is the main fuse.
