Get the scanmaster it will tell you first of all if your car is performing normally. It will give you error codes, 02's, blm's, etc....
There are a lot better manuals out there, Pete Hoffman's is excellent! About every subject you would have questions for can be found here with some research or on gnttype.org which is an excellent reference tool as well! Good luck and welcome!

I agree with SGRIM, get a Scanmaster first before anything else. Go to Full Throttle's web site and read up on it. As far as manuals go, I don't think you really need one with this and other sites devoted to the Turbo Buicks. Read, Read, Read. Ask questions, then read some more. It can be easy to fall into the trap of wasting money on these cars. Read, research, and ask.

Haynes manual is good to have close by for when you get dirty then you can just tear out a page as needed to whipe off your hand
