You will have to reduce spring pressure on the actuator rod, then tee into the boost reference hose going to the actuator and then plug the tee's end into the manual controller. It will only raise the boost you have it set at now, so you will have to lower the boost setting by loosening the actuator pressure. You'll NEED an adjustable wastegate actuator, and you will lengthen the rod to lower boost, typically one full turn for each pound of boost, but each car is a little different. After you get the boost set at say 14 psi (for family mambers) thn just turn the knob to increase the boost from there. The outlet end of the regulator will be open to atmosphere. You can run a hose out to under the hood, so you don't hear the HISSING under boost.
