Magnaflow Muffler Sound?

Ok, I was going to replace my stock muffler with the 2.5" SS Magnaflow system (that Cottons sells) along with a test pipe and THDP. I was wondering how my car will sound? I want it to be quiet with no drone...

By the way, is Dynomax (who make the "ultraflows") the same company that makes these "magnaflos"?

Im running that system.

I like it, the car is quiet at idle and is not that loud at 70 mph. I wish I had performance numbers for u but I dont have a dump on the test pipe so my track times are thru the full exhaust.

I have the Hooker system but I replaced the Aerochamber mufflers with Magnaflows. I love how it sounds

I had an ATR dual 3" setup and replaced their mufflers with the Magnaflows....I really liked the new sound and it was super quiet at idle, but give her hell and it sounded great.

Well, I really dont want it to have a real loud grumble sound when I get on it, but rather hear the turbo whistle....

They dont sound like 2 chamber flowmasters if thats what you're asking. Its a very quiet, deep and clean tone. Go WOT and its loud. But cruising, you can barely hear it.

here is a link to me reving my single 3" mangaflow - even like this, the sound at cruise is compareably to dual dronemasters, so w/ two it will be plenty quiet. But, the moment you get on it, the sound really comes! If you are running a cat, I wouldnt expect ANY drone from the system. At 45, I cant even hear my car!
