AF on scanmaster?

What does it mean? What should it be at wot? I'm trying to diagnose a problem by going through my scanmaster #'s. Help please!

AF is air flow. Without extender chip max value is 255.

Stands for Mass Air Flow. It reads of the MAF sensor at the end of you intake.
