Estimated Value???

I will try and make this as simple as possible...if this is in the wrong section please advise (I'm new to this site).
I would like some feedback about a couple of different cars that I am considering buying...

First is a '87 Grand National - basically stock, had 60K on it and engine blew, was replaced with a T-type engine with ~20K miles in it. It also has a Kenne Bell chip. Kicker is: Car has been sitting in storage for about 3 years. Other then that the intereior/exterior have normal wear/paint cracks/bumper filler problems.

Second is a 87 Regal Turbo T, new short block, ported heads, more aggressive cam, TE62 turbo, built-up tranny, Red Armstrong chip. Owner (who is VERY reputable, good friend) claims with proper tuning the car should break into low 11's high 10's...that is not a concern, just the value at this point. Over condition is just a bit nicer then the GN above, Burgandy with Tan leather interior. Kicker here too is the car has been sitting for ~3 years. But is does have a few paint cracks and bumper fillers are shot. Car would included all stock parts taken off and all work was done by certified mechanic...I'm assuming for all intensive purposes all work was done correctly.

Both cars were in running order, no problems before going into storage.

I know...you would need to see the cars and look atr them...but this is an estimate...try and work with me!!!

Third, If anyone knows --> what all should be done to these in to get them into running condition again please post info or link to info too. I am trying to figure out what it would cost to make them run.

Thank you for your input

depends on what you plan to do with it. As a collector or show car, the GN will be of much higher value to a person. But as a race car, ya may wanna to with the Turbo T
