4.1 Valves, cam, and valve train

Howdy,

What are the biggest valves I can fit in stock 8445 heads to make full use of the bigger 3.995" bore of my 4.1? Also what ductile roller cam would I want to pair with it and 1.65 T&D's? Will beehives clear everything with the offset locks with those rockers? Finally, can 3/8 pushrods fit stock heads?

Thanks,
