Unfortunately until somebody somewhere starts offering the OE style material again the options are limited, as far as helping out you could make that argument about pretty much every vendor. Talked to Denise several times over the years and always had a good experience with her and Jax overall.

They don't match that well anyway so it's no big loss. It's pretty obvious that mine are recovers. The gray is off and the material itself is not an exact match. It's particularly obvious on the headrests.
In retrospect I wish I had gone with leather. That way it's clear that you weren't going for an original look and had failed at it. I still might go that route one of these days. Need to put an engine in the car first Jim |

I did the all leather option from them and hve been tickled to death, she was very nice, AND helpfull!! her knowledge of the product was second to none.. you get what you pay for.. 350.00 for 1 seat bottom IS high, I don"t care who it is.. spend another 700 and do the leather... you"ll thank me for it later

I've done a good amount of business with Paul and Denise at Jax over the years, I've never had a problem. They've worked on numerous GNs and Turbo Regals for me, as well as a bunch of daily driver cars. They have always been reasonable with me, and the quality has always been very good. No complaints here. Hey, we all have a sh*tty day once in awhile, maybe you just caught Denise on one, I dunno. She's always real nice when I call, even when she doesn't know its me (don't call very often)
Just my two pennies...

I'm surprised you had a bad experience. I've dealt with Jax on several occasions and always had a good experience. I guess everyone has a bad day now and then. Here's my latest:

am getting ready to do a full leather swap on one of my cars soon (doors and rear seat inserts as well). No worse an install as regular cloth seats, just have to let the leathers sit out in sunlight for a bit to "soften" them up a little
