Thumbs up Mike Licht/Full Throttle

After applying my "brute force & ignorance" method of installing the extender chip wire/interlocking connector into the ECM cavity and totally desroying the special connector; I called Mike to see about getting another connector...well, to make a short story long; Mike immediately sent me out another cable (w/connector on it) at no cost to me!! Now that's what I call customer service and standing behind your products I greatly appreciate your help Mike; along with all of your efforts in providing our Buick community with both excellent products and services.
