high idle cold, after cleand iac and reset tps

I still have the cold high idle problem on the 87 3.8 turbo, about 2600 to 2700 even afterafter i cleaned the iac and reset the tps, we think its a vacuum leak becasue the cruise control does not work either and that i know is controlled by a vacuum, where should i start to look for a leak, and i heard that sometimes there may be clogs also and after the car warms up it clears out so it will idle fine after, just wondering if you could help.

Joe

Do you have a scan tool? What are your IAC numbers at cold idle?
