Parts Combos, Tuning and E85/Gasoline Ratios

Those of you running E85 or a mix of E85 and gasoline:

1. What are the ratings on your pump and injectors (not concerned with E85 compatiblity at this point, strictly numbers)
2. What chip do you run? Have you made adjustments from the "as burned" values to compensate for E85?
3. What turbo and intercooler? How much boost?
4. What fuel mixture? i.e. 100% E85, 50/50 E85 and pump gasoline - what octane gasoline do you mix with?

I am considering playing with E85 in the spring rather than installing an alky kit.

I currently run:
1. Hotwired walboro pump, 009 (42.5 lb/hr) injectors
2. TT 93 oct chip.
3. TA49 w/ stock location stretch intercooler at 16 - 17 psi boost on 100% 94 octane.
4. I am considering starting with a 25/75 E85/94 oct mix with the parts I currently run and going from there.

Any thoughts?

Im running 25-33% and 18lbs on a setup that would only get me 14-15lbs no knock on 93. I finally figured out that I was flat out running out of injector with the stockers. I have a new set of 60s and a TT chip burned for 93 waiting to be installed. Im going to tune for 93 first and then put some e-85 in there and report back. Im hoping for 20lbs on a 33% mix.
