1986 custom Olds98 w/ GN spec 3.8SFI TURBO motor - $600

1986 Olds 98 Brougham sedan with a 1987 Built-up 3.8L Turbocharged, intercooled motor.

Over $3000 invested in the motor and upgraded fuel system.

I bought the car from a Navy nuclear-trained mechanic, who did most of the work. He sold it to me out of necessity when he got orders to the west coast.

The turbo, downpipe, and external wastegate are off of the car at the moment, but it WILL start up and run just to move around the driveway (though the turbo oil supply line is dumping into the drain line, and the exhaust manifold is open to the engine compartment, so I wouldn't recommend running it for any length of time). The car also needs a new side-post battery (I'll throw in the old battery to get you $5 off a new one).

Oldsmobile Non-Stock Parts:
Air Filter - K&N filter cone
Boost Controller - homemade
Boost Control Solenoid - 1987 Buick Grand National boost control solenoid
Cal Pack Chip - 1987 Buick Grand National cal pack chip
Camshaft - custom grind done by Crane Cams
Downpipe - modified Hooker Buick Grand National downpipe
Engine - 1987 vin code 3 vice 1986 vin code B
Exhaust Manifolds - stock manifolds for 1986 Olds 98 modified for turbo
Exhaust Pipes - custom bent
Fuel Injectors - 33 Lb/hr Lucas/Bosch disc type injectors for Buick Grand National
Fuel Pressure Regulator - Bosch billet adjustable regulator for Buick Grand
National
Fuel Pump - ATR 300 GPH in tank pump for Buick Grand National
Intercooler - Chrysler ConquestTSI intercooler with modified inlet and outlet
Mass Air Flow Sensor - stock mass airflow sensor for Buick Grand National
Oil Cooler - aftermarket cooler
Pistons - .040 over hypereutectic for Buick Grand National
Prom Chip - 1987 Buick Grand National ROM chip
Torque Converter - 2400 stall GM for TH 125 or TH 440 Transmission
Transmission Cooler - aftermarket cooler
Turbo - stock Buick Grand National GarrettT4 Turbo, rebuilt
Turbo Oil Drain Line - 3/4" heater hose
Turbo Oil Supply - bent 1/4" brake line
Turbo Pressure Hoses - Miscellaneous radiator hoses sized to fit
WasteGate - (external) Turbonetics Delta gate
All engine and transmission gaskets are for 1986 Olds 98

Also, non engine upgrades:
trailer hitch; dual exhaust; aftermarket tach, oil pressure, and boost guages.

I was in the middle of upgrading and re-welding the downpipe flange when I was deployed overseas. Since returning home, I haven't had time to work on it (going through divorce, left the Navy, and relocated to the midwest).

The car is still at my house in GA, but the title and keys are with me. Was told the car is blinding fast, unfortunately, never got a chance to test it out. Here's your chance.

The car will need to be towed immediately, as it has been inoperable for some time and is causing an issue with the Homeowners' Association.

Whoever is the first to come tow it, can have it for $600.

That's pretty much the deal. First come, first serve. First with the cash and a trailer or tow-truck, gets it.

Sorry, forgot to put that in the first post.

Located in St. Marys. On the coast, near the FL/GA state line. About 30 mins north of Jacksonville, just off I-95.
