84 T-Type project or parts car

I am selling this for a friend of mine.
Has no title, only a bill of sale (car is from CT)
He has asked me to describe as a parts cars due to the following:
It does have some rot on the drivers side window pillar (see picture) and some bubbles along the driver's side drip rail.
Floors are OK,but do have some small holes here and there on the drivers side.
There is some rot on the lower cowl (you can see it with the doors open)
Trunk floor and frame is solid.
Drivers door has some bondo and rot, passenger side door, fenders and 1/4's are not in too bad of shape.Hood and trunk are decent too.
Needs a master cylinder..car stops but I would not reccomend driving it.
Needs tires too (they are dry rotted)
Muffler has a hole in it.
Interior isn't too bad, seats are not torn or broken, console is in good shape.Headliner still intact and not hanging down.Has tilt wheel and power windows,AC too.
It runs strong, builds boost easily,2004R shifts good and it has the factory 8.5 3.42 posi
Shows 43,000 miles (143,000 for sure)
Price is $1700 firm and I strongly reccomend the car be seen and inspected in person.
Consider it a resto project or a parts car, your choice.
Car will not be parted out it must be bought complete.
It is located in Connecticut, zip code 06514
