For Sale Riviera T-Type
FOR SALE 1983 BUICK RIVIERA T-TYPE TURBO
I bought this car to save it from the crusher. My original intention was to sell it to someone with an interest with these vehicles. Sadly no real response; I decided to keep the car after staring at it for 8 months. I started to pick up pieces to put the car back on the road. Well here I go again; I now have to sell it again because work has gone to a stand still and my daily driver is going. So here is the list again… THE GOOD: One owner with most of the original paperwork. Running and driving although not road worthy. Solid Body All options, lights, power accessories and digital dash work 100% Huge non-leaking sun roof Parts are plentiful and inexpensive. This is a rare model with only 1331 produced This car will go up in value Great in the snow An amazing ride quality A mile of style THE BAD: Needs alignment Needs brakes (rear wheel cyls which are supplied) Valve cover gaskets (supplied) Needs major tune up and carb adjustment Needs tail pipe the rest of the exhaust is fine. Needs a good cleaning That is all the car needs to the best of my knowledge. I have never driven the car more than a couple of hundred yards. This is a 23 year old car. I have a clean title and interesting trades are always considered. The car is a very solid project car that will turn a lot of heads at the shows. All it needs is an owner that sees the awesome potential of this ride. You can check out the pics at; http://new.photos.yahoo.com/the9c1/a...60762314483582 You can also email me at the9c1@yahoo.com for video of the car driving. The price is $850 firm which is less than I paid, as I said earlier interesting trades are always considered. Thanks a lot, Brian |
