Good luck with 7K. He isn't going to find one with under 100K miles that hasn't been beat on for that money.
I think you need to have at least 10K to find a decent one... Just my 2 cents I've got one I'd let go for 18K- '87 GN hardtop, 39K miles, everything works, interior is pristine, original paint, see pics from link below..
