LED Display is out
The LED display on my Alpine CD deck is out after an accident. Can it be repaired or is it not worth the effort. Insurance will pay this.

Its a LCD not a LED display. If the insurance are willing to pay why don't you just get a new deck and say the deck is broken after the accident. I use to do insurance work for a company I worked before, if a radio was damaged from a accident or theft we just replace it with something equilivent.
