stock delco radio

how do you get your delco radio switch for military time to standard time?

was a 1984 now 87 divetrain with intercooler hot wire walboro fuel pump 3" down pipe single shoot exhaust 275/50/15 mt drs tt 110 chip power plate rjc boost controller big mouth new eaton posi stock turbo and intercooler and a cam 3 years in the making
