positive ?negative which is which
howdy all I bought new 4x10 speakers for my truck (94 suburban)
left side its got yellow (a) and brown (b) and right side lt blue a dark blue b I have no clue which is plus or minus anyone have any ideas

Brown is positive and dk blue is positive. Gm's kinda messed up where they went with light colored positives (tan and lt green) on the front and dark colored positives in the rear.

easiest way to remember is the way we were taught at mobile dynamics, although not very politically correct. Gm speaker wires colors are segregated like a racist bus. lights coloreds in the front, and the darks in the back.
