When did GMP do a WE4?

It was car #3 of 3 in a mini-set Epitome had made for them. They were limited to 750 cars which makes them a little difficult to get. They do pop up on ebay but not as often as they used to. Even though they are hard to get, most people shy away from the asking prices. Dunno, I guess I will sit on my extras until the market gets stronger.
