15x10 Convo Pro 5"bs question

Anybody using these without a rear notch kit. How much tire can you run street or DR's ? I have airbags already and use 26x10.5 ET streets on Convo's 15x8 3 1/2 bs

I would say a 275/60 is the biggest your gonna fit w/o any modification to the framerail and/or the wheelwell lip. As for the 15x10, why the switch? A 275/60 or a 10in slick will take you pretty fast and will both be fine on an 8in rim. My outlook is why start cutting and beating w/ a hammer if you don't have to?

I have 4.5" B.S. with 295/50's and the aluminum drums ( they are about 1/8th thicker ). My rear section width comes to 5.3" and I have at least .5" left and don't rub the frame ( poly rear bushings help that ).

But with a 5" B.S. you'll definitely want the aluminum drums and then a 275/60 with your 5" B.S. will give you 5.4" so you'll be fine.

Any tire larger in width will need a spacer.

I got the 15x10's used for a street rim. That way now that I'm running again I won't kill whats left of the ET streets as quickly. There weren't any DR's when I got my 15x8 with the ET streets. Next will be slicks on the 8's and 275's on the 10's. Thanks for the info.

I run 15X10 Weld Aluma star 2.0's w. 5bs w/ my 275/60/15 DR's I run a 1/4 spacer so they don't rub. I would like to notch and run a bigger DR with out the spacer.
