Tire size

Will a 295/50/15 tire fit on the back of a GN without any modifications. The tires will be on weld wheels 15x8. Thanks

IIRC the 295's are a little wider and shorter than a 275/60, which in general consensus is probably the biggest tire your gonna fit unmodified, taking height and width into consideration. Depending on the BS of the rim, its either gonna rub, or it may stick out a little bit too far for your liking. If it was me, I'd use a 275/60 on an 8" rim...looks great IMO

Thanks for the reply but I just pulled the trigger on 295/50's . I saw pics of them on a T-type and it looked good. I guess I'll find out.
