M/T Drag Radials

What tire psi are you guys running at the track? Best 60' was 1.79 with a little spin (14# tire psi on 270-50-15).

Stock motor:
12.32 @111.XX unleaded 100 and DRs, 12.25@ 110.XX 25# of boost & 27°/24° (DIY alky, 93 octane, TT chip, and DRs)

1.506 60', 23# of air with MT 255-60/15 drag radials.

Best 1/8 mile run: 6.904 @ 100.04 with 1.535 60'.

255-60-16 with 15 lbs of air, 1.70 60' with a 8 lbs launch on the t-brake. Or 1.85 60' of the foot brake with 4 lbs launch.

BRF 200r4 built with alto reds, Billet servo, Transgo shift kit, Forward drum, CK's 3600 9 inch nlu, custom pan with rear sump.

GTA fronts with LS1 front brakes and Baer rears. Chrome moly custom upper and lowers with 3.42 gears and moser axles.

20 psi on footbrake or could that be on emergency-brake? i've heard of 20 on EB but not on footbreak. you gotta have some killer breaks .pics please

20 PSI was the tire pressure I only came out around 2 PSI of boost, but the .63 Garrett housing was good for practically instant spooling.

A little fun with the Gn's at Atco. - Video Mine is #6653 with the primered cowl hood, ran against the Nova, then spun bad on my second pass against Huber. That day I was running 100 octane av gas.

While back 18 psi with a best 1.56 60ft lauching (literally standing) on the emergency brake pushing 275/60/15 MT
