Control Arm Bolts

I was out in the garage putting on the new drag radials when I noticed that the lower control arm bolts are very loose. They have lock nuts on them to keep them from coming apart. I was thinking that maybe they are loose so they do not squeeze the bushing?

These are UMI LCA's

Also while looking around down there I found that the ATR sway bolts were not very tight, know a torque on those?

Well last night I email UMI and here is their response:
"Tighten them to 72 ft. lbs. with the suspension loaded. "

Guess someone did not follow the directions when they installed these on my car.
