Once you get the wheels off:

1. Unscrew the two bolts holding the caliper together. You should need an Allen wrench, and the bolt heads are on the back side of the caliper.

2. Slide caliper off of rotor and hang it with some wire or rope, you don't want it hanging by the brake line.

3. Pop off the dust cap in center of hub. Use a small screwdriver to pop it off.

4. Remove the cotter pin by bending it straight and pulling out with a pair of needlenose pliers.

5. Pull off the little cap, exposing the hub nut.

6. Unscrew the hub nut. Be smooth with it, they aren't too tight.

7. Remove the hub nut and the washer and bearing behind it. If the washer and bearing don't come off, just grab the rotor and pull it off slowly, making sure you catch the washer and bearing.

Voila, it's off! Probably a good time to repack the bearings with some fresh grease.

I think it's a 1/2" allen wrench. Once you remove the allen bolts holding the caliper in place, you may have to use some kind of pry, a large screw driver usually works, to pry the pads away from the rotor. Then you can lift the caliper off. You can use a C-clam on the caliper to force the plunger all the way back to original position. Without doing this, you won't be able to fit the new shoes over the rotor. It's not necessary to remove the rotor unless you are having it trued or replacing it. If you do remove it, re-grease your wheel bearings as mentioned above.

youll need to loosen the bleeder screw and using a clamp compress the piston (easier to do while its still attached to the spindle) , this will force out all the potentially corroded fluid and prevent it from going back up the line and will give you the room for the new pads

pop off the dust cap , pull the cotter pin back of the caste nut and slide it off

the bearings are inside it and you dont want to leave thew , you may not get them back

the fronts will come out easy , the back just put the nut back on the spindle and use the back edge of the nut to get the rear bearings out

when you get your parts get some grease and some new rear seals and cotterpins

if they arent usable or you could buy full riotors ready to go w/bearings and seals

if you have a buddy who knows how (not thinks he knows ) its best to have him there to guide you
once youve done it youll see its not that difficult but you are playing with brakes and thats one thing you dont want to do wrong .

pick up some new fluid and flush all the lines , powermasters are expensive and neglected fluid wont help them last, should flush it once a year since brake fluid absorbs water
