E85 alternative

I just finished installing my PAC and I love it so far. I called a friend and was talking to him about changing from a non-progress SMC kit to the new PAC kit from Razor. I told him I have a gallon of denatured to go through before I can switch to Methanol and as asking him about local sources.

He suggested that I try E85 ethanol as an experiment. It's suppose to be less corrusive then Methanol and better at surpressing detonation.

Has anyone tried spraying E85 as an alternative?

E85 has a petroleum part. The pump has not been tested and is not rated on petroleum.

Just like you cant put gasoline into a milk jug, yet fuel cells can be plastic.

Just go find some methanol.. unless you like being the first with a problem. No oils, no lubes, no petroleum products.
