Great news, just recieved certification from the NHRA on the alky kit. I'll see bout having the letter posted, Alky kit is now legal for racing..

Hows that

NHRA

To : Julio Don

From: Eric Lowe

Date October 18th, 2004

Re : Progressive Alcohol Injection system

Mr. Don,

This letter will serve as acceptance of the Alkycontrol Progressive Alcohol Injection System for use in the Sportsman categories of the NHRA Championship Drag Racing Series. This acceptance is contingent upon the following criteria:

* Use of the system does not conflict with the rules of the class entered.

* All units must match the model presented to NHRA

* All unit must be installed and used according to manufacturers instructions

Should there be any change in the manufacturing process of this product, NHRA should be informed in advance.

Thank you for your support of the NHRA Championship Drag Racing Series.

Regards

Eric Lowe

thats great news, now if you can just get them to drop the rollbar requirement down to 10.99 so we can use the system to its full potential

Will this wording be in the 2005 rule book? Never had a problem at tech this last year, but most guys around here probably didn't understand what the kit was anyway
