I PMed him my address a while ago when he said he finally had them in stock. Still nothing. I still give him credit for offering these parts at these prices but it does sorta suck to not get everything you paid for, and I'm not even planning on using the dump pipe! As someone said in the other thread, for the money saved on this downpipe we could go out and have the caps fabricated ourselves, but that's not the point. We paid for the stuff and I can't imagine why it's been such a drawn out process to get hold of a little metal cap and some bolts for the people who purchased these.

Yes, I agree the advertised product with all the parts and claim that its a direct bolt on is a great deal. Once you start adding the modifications and long hours to make things work its a whole different thing. I am not bashing here so don't take things the wrong way. Sam has worked some issues out with me. If he has medical issues I sure wish the best for a fast recovery. Once everyone gets what was promised then I am sure we will all be happy campers.

If you are at a performance level that requires a 3.5" DP , you probably can turn a wrench, at least a little. I took a piece of aluminum scrap and a side grinder and POOF... a cap.
I wouldn't let something that tiny keep me from using a new DP.

The Point here is that no matter the price you pay for smoething. it never should of been shipped incomplete in the first place without notice..whether it's $5 to $500 dollars..MHO

Dammit , that sucks Otto. I had a problem with one of Sams parts @ Reynolds and he promptly refunded the $$ when I got home and spoke with him. Sh!t...I've had more problems out of Jegs than I got from Sam on a refund. I sure hope he gets this resolved quickly 4ya.
